Return and Refund Policy

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at our company. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms along with our Privacy Policy.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don't hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or returned unless manufacturing defects.

Products with manufacturer defects can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Any issues apart from manufacturing defects,Customers should send an email to cs@topwayenergy.in with invoice copy.

Refund request incase of missed or unreachable postal code will be initiated within 7 days once the product reaches back to our warehouse.

Refund request will be processed within 7 working days once raised.

Payment made through E-payment will be refunded through same mode and Cash on Delivery payments will be refunded to bank account of the customer.
